WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Hillcrest Laboratories asked a trade panel to determine if Nintendo Co and its U.S. subsidiary have infringed four patents to make its top-selling Wii game, according to a filing on Wednesday and a Hillcrest statement. The technology company made the request in a filing to the International Trade Commission, which has the power to bar products from the United States if they are made with infringed technology. ____________ Source: Yahoo
McCain winning in new poll, follows trend - David Paul Kuhn

John McCain has overtaken Barack Obama in the presidential race, according to a Reuters/Zogby poll released Wednesday morning. McCain leads Obama 46 percent to 41 percent among likely voters, which is outside the poll's margin of error. Reuters/Zogby had Obama ahead by 7 points as recently as mid-July.
