Oregon School Decries 'Gang Sign' Eyebrow Grooming

Several students at Centennial High School have picked up on a trend to shave lines into their eyebrows, saying it's a fashion statement; school administrators contend it's a gang sign. If the innocent does not like being all grouped together maybe it is time to stand against the gangs instead of allowing the politicians to look the other way.

In recent months something new has been appearing on curbsides across St. Louis, and the changes give insight into larger trends across the country. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that large, 64-Gallon bins are being deployed in a number of communities across the city in a single-stream recycling campaign that aims to improve recovery rates.
